Preventative Maintenance

Annual maintenance to your furnace & AC system and regularly changing your furnace filter is an important and inexpensive service that can improve the efficiency and longevity of your home heating and cooling system. We offer specials throughout the year to help you prepare for the up coming seasons whether it’s the heat of the summer or the cold of winter.
Duct Cleaning
Your home ventilation system is an important part of your homes indoor air quality that many of us don’t take into consideration when maintaining our home heating and cooling system. You may have your furnace and ac system inspected annually, but home many of us don’t take into consideration our ventilation system? Materials such as dust, pollen, pet hair and dander can migrate throughout your home thru your home ventilation system. Many of us have made improvement to our homes not realizing the construction debri such as saw dust and sheet rock dust can collect in your furnace, air conditioning system and ductwork just like on your furniture and floors. However, your ductwork is out of view and can only be reached by specialize cleaning equipment allowing the debris to migrate throughout your home if not properly removed.
Dryer Vent Cleaning
Many of us do not think about the lint that can build up in our dryers. We suggest cleaning your dryer vent annually to improve your dryer’s efficiency and to help prevent fires from the build up of lint.
